Yoga came to me when I was living in a busy megapolis strangled between work and school. Running from one place to another in a hurricane of emails, calls and events to attend. At that time I just wanted somebody to hug me and say: “It’s all fine”.
Seven years passed and now I see my main goal in teaching yoga - to give people the feeling that they’ve taken care of, that there is something eternal inside us, which is always still and calm - this center, of love and trust.
During last year I’ve been teaching in Stockholm and after moving to Brussels I started sharing my knowledge holding Kundalini, Restorative and Yin Yoga classes.
I was blessed to learn from some of the most incredible teachers working today – Jenny Aurthur and Giselle Mari (asana and adjustments), Lucas Bennet (anatomy), Satyadev Barman (yoga philosophy), Noah McKeena (teaching), Radha Rajani (Mantra & Kirtan).

I am teaching only in English and happy to create a safe space in the class by chanting Mantras and toning.
