Carlos is a dancer and a psychologist that found in yoga the way of improving mind and body simultaneously. His knowledge of scientific psychology and contemporary and breaking dance complements with the knowledge acquired during his teaching training in Indore (India). He has been teaching people of different ages and physical conditions, adapting his sessions to the possibilities of the group. He can go from a very gentle and meditative practice, aiming the increase in body awareness, to a more acrobatic and physical set of asanas to discover the limits of the body.
For Carlos, Yoga is the connection between body, mind, and spirit, a way to increase body awareness and self-control in order to live a happier and more peaceful life.
